This document specifies the definitions of Zhacai (pickled and squeezed vegetables) and its requirements, including sensory, physical and chemical, contaminants, microorganisms, packaging, labelling, storage and transportation. It also describes the corresponding test methods. It is applicable to Zhacai only.
